Hand Crank Films is expert at one thing: Telling Stories.Telling stories is our expertise, certainly. But this is only achieved through a comprehensive set of operational systems that we use every day on every film we make. Although each project may be VERY different, the process is always the same. The result is not only reliability and cost control, but the Hand Crank Films Guarantee: if you’re not happy with the end result of your project, we’ll refund your money. Our part is to ensure every moment of your film is simply beautiful. We ask ourselves this at every review of the script, at every framing of the camera, and every edit.Your part is to present us with something that has meaning that is undiscovered. We want to work with you to find this meaning, and to share it with the world.

A Advocacy and Assistance M Mentoring and building caring, supportive relationships Y Youth Driven or Directed
In December 2006, a youth drop in center called Amy’s Place opened. Starting with 6 youth, their growth has been tremendous. Every day, they struggle to meet not only the basic needs of these children and young adults, but also address the underlying problems each individual faces. By creating a non-threatening youth-friendly environment where basic needs are met, Amy’s Place attendees naturally become more likely to want to make positive changes in their lives. With love, support and mentoring, each young person can become more successful as they connect to community resources such as stable housing, employment, education and health-care opportunities. If you talk to the kids they will tell you how much having a place to go and a meal means to them: A place where they can simply be young people without shouldering the burden of survival for a few hours. Help us help the homeless youth in our community. Contact Amy's Place today to make your donation. Every penny and every item donated counts and is greatly appreciated. www.amysplaceforyouth.org
